Espen's Iced AeroPress Coffee Recipe:
Method: Traditional (non-inverted)
Water Temp: 208 F
Coffee: 24 grams of full bodied, dark roast coffee
Grind: Fine drip
Ice: 3-4 large ice cubes
Extra Ingredients: Cold milk/Half & Half
1. Preheat AeroPress
2. Add the coffee and 100ml of water. Let it rest for about 10 seconds.
3. Stir a couple of times and let it rest for about 10 more seconds, then plunge.
4. Add in the ice cubes, close shaker, and shake until the ice is dissolved
5. Add milk if desired, and enjoy!
